Robotic Mower Technician & Installer

We are a well-established garden machinery business based in East Galway and are currently recruiting a full-time Robotic Mower Installer & Technician to join our growing team.

This role involves the installation, setup, and servicing of robotic lawn mowers at both residential and commercial properties. Full training will be provided, so while previous experience is an advantage, it is not essential.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Installation of robotic lawn mowers, including boundary wire and wireless systems
    • Setting up charging stations, mower software, mobile apps, and connectivity
    • Fault-finding, servicing, and general maintenance
    • Demonstrating mower operation and basic troubleshooting to customers
    • Providing after-sales support and advice to customers regarding best practices and care of their robotic mower via our dedicated support channels

  • Requirements

    • Practical, hands-on ability (mechanical, electrical, agricultural, or similar background an advantage)
    • Comfortable working outdoors and using tools
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Good attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team, and capability to work on one’s own initiative
    • Comfortable using technology, including software, mobile apps, and diagnostic systems associated with robotic mower systems
    • Full, clean driving licence

This is a tech-focused role that combines hands-on installation work with the use of modern software, apps, and diagnostic tools. While you don’t need to be a technology expert, you should be comfortable working with multiple systems and software & hardware
